Hand crafted and handmade from Tasmanian Sassafras with a hand poured, semi-transparent resin, capturing the live edge of this beautiful timber. This stunning serving board has been stylishly crafted with the addition of feature Lichtenberg (wood fracturing). Finished with our signature recessed finger grips on the underside, it allows for convenient lifting and handling. [wuhn] and only products are hand crafted with sustainably sourced timbers and poured with the highest quality resin. The resin we use is non-toxic when cured and is “contact food safe". However, we recommend cutting food just on the wooden surface, and preferably with a “wuhnandonly” wooden utensil.
Treat our wood & resin boards like any other wooden product by oiling regularly. Do not soak. Do not place in the dishwasher. Dry thoroughly. If cared for correctly, our products should maintain their lustre and functionality for years to come.
